The terms and conditions governing our concierge and lifestyle services.

1. Nature of service

Daichi Lifestyle & Concierge is a division of Daichi Group. We provide premium lifestyle management, concierge, sourcing, and coordination services including travel arrangements, luxury goods sourcing, event planning, and personal assistance.

We act as a facilitator and coordinator between clients and third-party service providers, suppliers, and vendors. We do not directly manufacture goods or independently operate all services listed. Where services are fulfilled by third parties, those providers remain independently responsible for execution unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

2. Service requests and pricing

  • All service requests are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Pricing is quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated.
  • Quotes are valid for 14 calendar days unless stated otherwise.
  • Pricing may change due to supplier costs, availability, travel fares, or external service provider adjustments.
  • A quotation is not a binding agreement until confirmed with payment or written acceptance.

3. Payment terms

  • A minimum 50% deposit may be required to begin fulfillment of concierge requests.
  • Full payment may be required upfront for time-sensitive or high-value bookings (e.g., travel, luxury goods, or events).
  • Payments are accepted via bank transfer, mobile money, or card.
  • All third-party transaction fees are borne by the client.
  • Late payments may incur interest charges at 1.5% per monthwhere applicable by law.

4. Fulfilment and timelines

  • Delivery and completion timelines are estimates and may vary based on third-party availability.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by vendors, airlines, hotels, couriers, or external service providers.
  • Clients are responsible for reviewing all details (travel dates, bookings, product specs) before confirmation.

5. Cancellation and refund policy

  • Before work begins: Full refund of any unused deposit may be issued.
  • After booking or sourcing begins: Refunds will be reduced by any non-recoverable third-party costs or service fees.
  • Completed services: Are non-refundable.
  • Custom or time-sensitive concierge requests may be non-cancellable once processing has started.

6. Third-party services disclaimer

Many services are fulfilled through third-party providers including hotels, airlines, couriers, event planners, and vendors.

  • We do not control or directly supervise third-party execution.
  • We are not liable for service quality, delays, cancellations, or failures caused by third parties.
  • Any disputes with third-party providers must be resolved directly with them, though we may assist where possible.

7. Estimates and recommendations disclaimer

Any recommendations, pricing estimates, travel suggestions, or sourcing guidance provided are indicative only.

  • Final pricing may vary depending on real-time availability and market rates.
  • We do not guarantee availability of any product, service, or booking.
  • Clients are encouraged to independently verify important decisions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, Daichi Lifestyle & Concierge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Intellectual property

All content, branding, text, and materials provided by Daichi Lifestyle & Concierge remain the intellectual property of Daichi Group and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.

We encourage amicable resolution before any formal legal action is taken.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
